AI Augmented Sky Tool

Thanks to content-aware technologies in Luminar 4 – AI Augmented Sky Tool detects a sky automatically and adds an element to the sky area.

Step 1 – AI technology

The foreground objects are taken into account, making the object blend naturally with the sky on the photo.

Step 2 – Manual corrections

The tree does not look to good, so we can use advanced options – Mask Refinement

Advanced Controls

• Mask Refinement. This slider fixes small details and holes that were not filled by the added object. You may need to adjust this if the image has fine details such as trees or wires on the foreground.

TIP:

If you would like to use the Augmented Sky Tool to add multiple objects, you’ll need to use the Stamped Layer option.

Just create a new Stamped Layer and on them You can apply the Augmented Sky Tool to the new layer.
